Are you sometimes too busy to make it to the doctor’s office?  Did you know that you can receive treatment from one of our providers without coming into our office?  An online consult is a medical visit provided to you online using our secure technology.  At Reyes and Reyes MD, PA we are extremely pleased to be one of the first primary care physicians in Florida to offer patients virtual office visits. 

it’s simple… here’s how

Simply login, confirm your personal information and answer the health questions.  A provider will carefully evaluate your situation and get back to you with any questions or with a treatment within 24 hours.  He or she will do so by sending you an e-mail notification.  Our confidential e-mail message will not disclose any information that reveals the nature of your visit to our site. The e-mail will simply ask that you return to our site and log in for more information.  There you will view the message from your provider containing your treatment plan or a request for additional information. If your treatment plan involves prescription medications, you will be given several pharmacy options.

some important tips

·       The cost of an online consult is $38.00.  You will be asked to pay with a credit card.  Insurance is not billed for this visit.

·       If your provider is unable to help you via the virtual office visit, you will be accommodated for an appointment and not charged a co-payment. 

·       To benefit from this service, you must be an established patient with us.  This is not for first-time patients.

·       This service is for simple visits only.  If you have symptoms requiring more detailed examination, please schedule an appointment to see your doctor.

·       For a prescription refill please visit the “Ask Our Staff” page of this site.

·       We do not prescribe pain medications online or over the telephone. 

·       If you have an emergency call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.

·        We do not respond to emergencies through this Web site.
